1. What can I buy in the Yes! Feet! Store?

In the Yes! Feet! Store you can buy our self produced HD Videos and Picture Sets.

2. How can I shop here?

After you have created your customer account, you can buy in the Yes! Feet! Store.
Within your account you also have access to the articles bought by you.


3. Can I buy CD's or DVD's here?

No. All offered articles are download-articles you can download after the purchase.
Certainly you can save your bought videos / photos for private purposes on CD or DVD.

4. Which file format do the movies and photos have?

Movies are in Windows Media Format (WMV) and in Flash Video Format (FLV)*.

The WMV versions of our movies are in high quality.
Perfect for download and local playback on you computer or flatscreen tv.

You can watch the FLV versions of our movies directly online once you bought it.
Without any waiting time.
The FLV versions are a bit more compressed, and have not always the same quality like the WMV versions.

Certainly you can also download the FLV versions.

*Please note that some older movies are only in the FLV format.

Photos are JPG files and "zipped" to .zip-packages.
To unzip the files you maybe need a utility, (e.g. 7Zip http://www.7-zip.org/).

5. How can I watch the videos?

You can watch your purchased videos directly on-line (with a fast Internet connection), or you can download them.

For watching the downloaded videos you need a player software.
If you still have not a player software, you can find among others very good free programs on the Internet.
VLC Media Player (http: // www.videolan.org/) is to be recommended.


6. How long do I have access to the bought files?
You get a 14 days access to the files you buy.
You can download the videos or pictures within these 14 days.
After this period you can no longer access the files.


7. Can you send me my bought articles also home?

No. A postal dispatch is not possible.

8. How can I make payment?

You can pay with Paypal, Click and Buy, Moneybookers etc.
The minimum order value is 3,- Euro.
Our payment processor is Paybest ( http://www.paybest.de/ ).

9. What do the icons mean?

This is an HD Movie.

Normally everything works fine, but if you have a problem just write an email including problem description to info@yesfeet.com

To avoid problems...
1. enable Javascript.
2. don't log off from the shop while you accomplish your payment.

If your order was interrupted (E.G. power failure) and your bought Items are not ready for download in your account, just send an email to info@yesfeet.com including following informations:
Date of your order,
total amount of your order
The Items you bought.
I will then activate the items manually in your account.
